i also still can't figure it out why this whole Band thing could get so complicated... We all come for the music, give our time and sprit into the music, everybody give what they have prepared and gain what they enjoyed about music. Come On~ "Art is for Fun". My original thoughts of joining this band is to extend the joy we have made since we've meet. However, the joy is fading out, have we all changed that much? In just around 5 years? Or is that our dream is not the same anymore....
As my experience and knowledge tell me, Respect is come from heart, it's work in the "both-ways". We need to earn it, and it won't be generated or disappeared unconditionally. Hope you might understand my kind of respect.
